Can you purchase a boat abroad or in another currency?

Absolutely, Lombard is able to make payment for vessels in any currency as we have the back-end processes in place to enable us to do this. Additionally, we can offer the same finance packages to clients in sterling, € and US$ providing they can prove an income stream in these domains.

Lombard can finance boats located in most countries providing we can register them on a UK or UK territory register. This is becoming more and more important as the guaranteed weather in places like the Mediterranean has drawn a greater proportion of UK boat buyers to keep their boats abroad.
